Who this policy covers

Ailigent operates the Oravex marketing website at oravex.app. This policy explains what personal data the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions and requests go to info@ailigent.ai.

It covers the public marketing website only. Oravex ERP environments delivered to a client are governed by the agreement signed with that client, not by this page.

What we collect

The demo request form

The only place this site asks for personal data is the demo request form. Every field is provided voluntarily, and nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and submit. The form collects:

• Full name
• Work email
• Company
• Company size
• Your description of what you would like to improve
• Your consent to be contacted about the request

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request and prepare the demonstration or tailored proposal you asked for. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list without a separate request from you.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or measurement service.
• No advertising, tracking, or social media pixels.
• This site sets no cookies.
• No account, login, or payment data.

The About page stores one item in your browser's local storage, remembering which page layout you last viewed. It stays on your device, identifies no one, and disappears when you clear site data.

The small on-page assistant answers from a fixed list of replies held inside the page. What you type into it is not transmitted anywhere and is not retained once the page closes.

Google Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Because your browser requests those files directly, Google receives your IP address together with the standard information any web request carries, such as your browser and operating system. This happens on every page, before you do anything, and it is the only third party your browser contacts while you are simply reading the site. Google's handling of that request is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Hosting and form delivery

The site is served by [HOSTING PROVIDER], whose servers keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, for operational and security purposes.

When you submit the demo request form, its contents are transmitted to [FORM DELIVERY PROVIDER], which forwards them to us by email and processes them on our behalf and under our instructions.

Those providers, and Google Fonts, may process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. [CONFIRM THE TRANSFER BASIS RELIED ON UNDER THE PDPL.]

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] from your last contact with us, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider. If your request does not lead to an engagement and you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights under the PDPL

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over your personal data. You may:

• Be informed of the legal basis for collecting your data and the purpose of collecting it.
• Request access to the data we hold about you, and a copy of it.
• Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Request deletion of your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, which stops any further contact based on it. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Write to info@ailigent.ai to exercise any of these. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the period the PDPL requires. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sends standard protective response headers. It is a static site: no database, no user accounts, and no stored submissions of its own. Form contents live with the delivery provider and in our email. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we make no guarantee beyond the measures described here.

Children

This site addresses businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Write to us if you believe a child has submitted the form and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page under a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting data already collected are notified by email to the people concerned, where we hold an address for them.
